I did about 70%

I didn't stick to the plan to a T..which I regret but I did drop 2 pounds..Nice!

down to 140 now..Hopefully have a better week this week. Last night went well.

I have started running going to run tonight spin on wed, run on thurs spin on fri..run on Sat..

I will make sure I get my weight lifting in as well!
