Insanity

I have started a new work out regimine.

INSANITY!

yesterday was day 1 59 days to go.
Doing the work out with my sis Krista.

My goal is to lose at least 16 lbs go from 145-129.

In order to obtain this goal I really really really absolutely have to stick to my diet plan. No if, ands or buts!

Not giving up

So it has been a bit since I posted any results. That's because I have been on ups and downs. I struggle with food. It's my frenemy. When I stress out I eat. I do feel better when I eat good so I am hopping back on the bandwagon in hopes that something good comes of it. Wish me luck I will post results in a week.

I did about 70%

I didn't stick to the plan to a T..which I regret but I did drop 2 pounds..Nice!

down to 140 now..Hopefully have a better week this week. Last night went well.

I have started running going to run tonight spin on wed, run on thurs spin on fri..run on Sat..

I will make sure I get my weight lifting in as well!

Here we go

This is how I will keep track of my weighloss. I will update this weekly if you want to see my results:

Right now here I am:

Weight 142

M1 (waist is) 34 inches

M2 (hips) 40 inches..

My ultimate goal is to weigh 120

and a smaller waist and hips..

I will keep track..so lets see if I can do it!

Accountability

ok..that's it..I have had enough. This last 20 lbs is coming off. I just ate two pieces of pizza a half of a Delicious domino's oven baked sandwich and a few pieces of cheesy bread (enjoyed every second of it)
consequence: suffering from gas and a bloated stomach ache..this is over!

So food taste good but feeling sick afterwards is not a good thing..its like I'm having a food hangover..it has to stop. I was given advice to put myself out there..pictures and all..eeek. And holding myself accountable for eating like a heifer in order to obtain my goal. So here it is.

I started a program back in November called Live The Life..This program is so amazing. I can't believe that I even enjoy healthy eating..when I stick to it..I feel great..so I just Need to stick to it! HELP.

This is what I need from my faithful readers:

You see me eating a Dorito: slap my hand
If you see me going to get fast food: slam into my car please
if you see me licking a ice cream cone: smear it across my face..I kid not!

This is me now 20 lbs lighter..Not a cute photo but you get my point. Just 20 more lbs to go people..

I am signing up for a half marathon at mid-night that I will run in August.. I have so much work to do..So check in on me and make sure I am sticking to my guns!..I'm serious!
